SUPER happy with the results i received at Scarborough Toyota. This was my 2nd visit to the body shop; and you can bet your basement i will be back again if ever the need arises. Greatest Dealership Experience Ever!!! I came to see Evangelos (Angelo) Kroustis 3-4 months before I actually leased the 2016 Toyota Highlander. When explaining my options, he never went ou I came to see Evangelos (Angelo) Kroustis 3-4 months before I actually leased the 2016 Toyota Highlander. When explaining my options, he never went out of his way to pressure me or try to get me to buy or lease a vehicle that did not work under my budget. I provided my realistic number on what I could afford to pay and he went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. Although at that time, a deal wasn't made, I remembered exactly the type of professionalism and empathy that Angelo provided me and the great customer service that made me come back. I just came back and I specifically asked to meet with Angelo again. We sat down, he remembered who I was and genuinely asked how my family was. This is not the expected experience that some might come to expect when dealing with a product advisor/salesman, who see a lot of people all day long and yet he remembered me anyways. Long story short, we worked out a fair lease deal for the 2016 Toyota Highlander and I couldn't be happier with the experience at the Scarborough Toyota Dealership.
