People you can trust!! I've been taking my Highlander to this garage for almost 10 years. I needed extensive work done recently on my struts, brakes and front bearings. And I needed to replace a front door lock actuator. Gord and his team were fantastic in helping me address all the issues with my car in a cost effective manner. These guys value customer loyalty. In addition, they didn't try and push any unnecessary repairs. They provided me with excellent customer service, quality work and addressed all my concerns in a reasonable and professional manner. I'll be going here for the next 10 years if these guys are still around. In short, I trust these people. More

Help! My engine light is on!! I called Scarborough Toyota Service when my “check engine” light illuminated on Valentine’s Day while on my way to work. Of course I panicked but Jean I called Scarborough Toyota Service when my “check engine” light illuminated on Valentine’s Day while on my way to work. Of course I panicked but Jeanneth Lagman alleviated my anxiety; she had my van thoroughly checked and everything was right as rain. Gord was present as usual to verify that all was well. As usual Jeanneth and Gord surpassed my expectations!!! More

Above average service Needed immediate service on two occasions in the past two months on my RAV 4. First was back door which would not close and the second was oil leaking Needed immediate service on two occasions in the past two months on my RAV 4. First was back door which would not close and the second was oil leaking in my driveway. Called this dealership and got appointments right away on both occasions, despite the fact I was not known to them. On the first occasion, the door was fixed in five minutes in the lobby area at no cost. On the second, was initially told by reception that my car could not even be looked at on that day and it would have to be left. However, the Assistant Service Manager whom I knew from the first incident and his Tech person, had the car on the hoist immediately and diagnosed in about 15 minutes. Told me it would take between one and one and a half hours to do. Was done in one hour and twenty minutes!! More
