Review on Service agent and too few personnel to check on ca I was assigned Jay as my service agent by Joseph at Scarborough Toyota Service centre. This was at 11:20am today. I waited 40 minutes to find out wh I was assigned Jay as my service agent by Joseph at Scarborough Toyota Service centre. This was at 11:20am today. I waited 40 minutes to find out what service would I need. I was told that could take 2hours; there were customers ahead of me. That there were no emoyees available to diagnose on the car. Understood. But I had made an appointment to come in at 11:15. Previously I have been very pleased with the service at Scarborough Toyota but today I was very very disappointed and this is my service stop.
