My family and I didn't quite know what kind of car we wanted as we were just kinda browsing different car dealerships. We've been to some in the Ajax/Pickering area before driving over to a Scarborough location. We realized early on in our window shopping that its more about the person selling you the car than the actual car itself. With many doubts in our mind as we've never bought a car from the dealership before we entered the Scarborough Toyota shop. We were immediately greeted by one of the very friendly women at the front desk, they offered my parents a seat and offered us coffee. Within minutes we received the warmest welcome from George Papathanasiou. He really took the time to ask us questions we haven't really thought of prior to entering the dealership. He was very patient in understanding them (as English is their second language). He showed us different makes and models and we finally decided on one. We told him about our schedules and when we should come in next to get the paperwork and things sorted. He told us what exactly to bring the next time we came and April 1st we signed all the required documents and we drove off with our new Toyota Camry.
