This dealership and Shermann is highly recommended to all. Last March 2019 we experience a house break in and they took the service key of the RAV4 right away I went to this dealership and asked them the cost to replace the keys and Jeanette recommend to replace the key cylinder and the key and Arnel from the parts dept. helped to order the right parts for the vehicle both of them are so quick and courteous and the key cylinder was replaced the following day.
