RUDE STAFF NOT HELPFUL This specific individual who is known as a manager is one of the most disrespectful managers i have met. He has very limited customer service skills a This specific individual who is known as a manager is one of the most disrespectful managers i have met. He has very limited customer service skills and severely lacks communication skills with the customer. This man clearly states policies that do not apply to the company, yet denies and lies to "MAKE A SALE". His biggest concern is to close a sale to a customer. From my perspective of working in a sales & customer service based environment for the last few years, i have never treated a customer the way this "manager" did. Its sad to know he actually made it to his position. Therefore all you guys need to know that hes one lying, manipulating salesman that degrades women and speaks to them disrespectfully and condescendingly. After dealing with this person and one other staff member, I went from wanting to purchase a car to never wanting to purchase a car from this specific location and wanting to recommend to everyone I know to stay away.
