Very unhappy with service I went there for first oil change service of my 2019 Corolla at 16000 km. Right after the oil change fuel efficiency dropped about 20%. When I talked to one of the advisors, he blamed car being too old, my driving habit, gas quality, road condition etc. But I know for sure, none of this has changed suddenly after the service. He also denied the possibility of any mistake made at their end. More

Matt was the driver behind the finance of the deal (cash deal, trade-in) and gave me a great number, and Ivan was a straight-to-the-point kind of guy, no fluff, which I like.
