Upon arrival at the dealership, we noticed that the facility was already full of customer vehicles. We therefore did not have the confidence that our car could be fixed before their closing time at 9:00 pm. However, Mr. Daniel Wong gave us a complete scenario on what is the best procedure to tackle the issue and tried his best to squeeze a time space from the extremely tight schedule for our car.
