After an exhausting day of visiting several dealerships in Toronto I stumbled upon Scarborough Toyota on my way home. Upon arriving I was greeted by reception and then introduced to Manny. He greeted me and proceeded to ask me questions about my needs. I broke down everything I wanted and introduced me to the Corolla. I went for a test drive and I loved it. I sat down with him to go over the numbers and picked up the car 2 days later. I have NEVER experienced such amazing customer service in my life. Manny is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely caring. He followed up with me throughout the whole process and I could not be happier. I am writing about Derek Browning who was not only my salesman but my parents as well. The first vehicle we leased from toyota and from Derek was a 2008 Toyota Sienna. He later told us that we were his f salesman but my parents as well. The first vehicle we leased from toyota and from Derek was a 2008 Toyota Sienna. He later told us that we were his first customers that he had when he first started working for Toyota. This surprised us all as his salesmanship, friendliness, knowledge of the vehicles and ability to find an appropriate budget that would work for us felt like he had been doing this for quite some time. We enjoyed the van and had it for the four year lease and decided to go back to Derek and look at our options when it was up. He reviewed our options and again Derek was able to work out a good deal and my parents signed on for another four year lease. When the time was right I began to review my own options and decided I wanted to get a new vehicle of my own and went to Derek to see what he could do for me. I looked at a few different vehicles and with the help and positive influence of Derek I decided to go with a 2013 Toyota Corolla. I have enjoyed my car a lot and have definitely considered going back to see him when my lease is up. I have been there quite a few times for an oil change and drop in to see him and chat about cars and much more. I think Derek is an exceptional salesman an person and have recommended him to many people who were thinking about buying or leasing a new reliable vehicle. More
