I wanted to express my sincere appreciation of one of your sales staff, Pauline Kamen, and the dealership where she works, Scarborough Toyota. I've been a repair customer there for several years, and act your sales staff, Pauline Kamen, and the dealership where she works, Scarborough Toyota. I've been a repair customer there for several years, and actually bought my previous Corolla there in 2002. A few weeks ago, bought a 2010 Yaris through Ms. Kamen, and she was professional, kind and a delight to deal with. I should point out that I did not know her prior to this, and was put in touch with her presumably at random by the receptionist. I would far prefer a root canal to shopping for a car (and yes, I've had eight root canals, so I know whereof I speak!). Ms Kamen really listened to learn what I wanted. She was also patient and helpful in laying out the options, and as I test-drove several cars and weighed the pros and cons. She put thought and effort into helping me find the right car, and after the sale, she called several times to make sure I was happy with my Yaris. There was never any pressure, and Ms Kamen spent a lot of time running around outdoors on a brutally cold day to bring cars to the door for me to try! And now about the dealership: I have never experienced anything but courtesy, professionalism and kindness, from Mr. DeCastro through the service advisors and the shuttle drivers. I am severely mobility-impaired, and the staff go out of their way to save me steps, without ever making me feel pitied. The shuttle drivers are infinitely patient during my struggles to get into and out of the bus. More

My wife Becky and I discovered Scarborough Toyota about six years ago while we were out car shopping along the Eglinton strip. We wandered in and out of the various dealerships kicking tires. It was amazing to experience the different levels of customer accommodation. Some of the dealers totally ignored us as if we had to take a number to be served, (we didn't stay long) others were trigger happy for a sale. We have always had a respect for Toyota as a brand, (our friend's Corolla had over 400,000 kms on it and still ran great) and after looking at some of the new models that attachment grew. Derek Browning earns a platinum star because he did a great job in addressing all of our buying or leasing options, and as a result we left with a Toyota Yaris for my wife Becky. We were very happy with the Yaris and soon returned and added a Matrix for myself. I remember the day, Becky and I walked in and told Derek, "We want the black one over there." It was that simple. "Would you like to test drive it first?" Derek asked, "No, it's fine, let's look at options!" Within the hour we were on our way having added a new Matrix to the family. Derek Browning is assuring and makes us feel confidant that our decisions are sound ones. We trust Toyota and we trust Derek, so much in fact that I sent my brother Claude to see Derek last month. He (Claude) was curious about getting a new car next summer, so I advised him to check out the Toyota line. Sure enough, an hour with Derek and Claude left with a brand new Toyota Rav 4. (which is most likely my next ride!) Derek is a guy with confidence you can believe in and trust! These cars will be passed like heirlooms to our kids as our Toyota family grows.
