If I could give zero stars, I would! Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership!!! First, they left me sitting for over an hour past my appointment time before anyone came to spe Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership!!! First, they left me sitting for over an hour past my appointment time before anyone came to speak to me and it was only after I went back to the front desk to ask what the hold up was. Then they wouldn't listen to what it was I wanted and kept trying to upsell me into a more expensive vehicle with more features than what I wanted, despite me telling them repeatedly that I did not want that. It wasn't even the same type I was looking for. In the end they told me they had some coming in but they were spoken for so I should go to Honda to buy a vehicle!!! Thanks for the advice Toyota. I will most certainly not be buying from you!! More
