I had been to Scarborough Nissan showroom located at 1941 Eglinton Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1L 2M4 on Feb 23 to report a rodent damage incident, where it had chewed most of the electrical harness ,windshield Eglinton Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1L 2M4 on Feb 23 to report a rodent damage incident, where it had chewed most of the electrical harness ,windshield water hose and damaged many other parts under the hood. After the service was done I was charged 145.00 dollars service check and 83 dollars windshield water hose replacement. When I inspected the car I reported the water hose was surrounded by insulation tape, the service specialist mentioned the water hose is a new one and the insulation tape was for additional protection. I felt something creepy and went another step ahead removed the tape and found out the hose was not replaced and patch work was done. I complained to service manager rather than addressing the issues he refused to take action and mentioned this is what we can do. I was really offended by this service provided . This can tamper reputation of prestigious company like Nissan due to such activities. I have reported this incident to Nissan. I have also attached pics regarding the same. My personal experience with Scarborough Nissan service center was pathetic. My sincere advise is never visit this showroom nor suggest to any of my friends. More
