Bought a 2018 F150. Heard about various recalls with this model couple months later, decide to run the VIN see if my model was affected. Sure enough, it was. Contacted Savage Ford to inquire if the recalls were ever addressed. They ignored me completely. I wasn't even trying to get them to pay for anything I was simply inquiring about the vehicles history. Something that never came up during the sale of the vehicle. You'd think this would have been mentioned. Guess that's my fault for thinking they were honest people. Never buying from Savage Ford again. More

Had my winter tires installed and when I returned the next day to have the tires retorked, I showed up shortly after 12. I was told that all mechanics were on lunch. So I went back home and returned at next day to have the tires retorked, I showed up shortly after 12. I was told that all mechanics were on lunch. So I went back home and returned at 3:00. After waiting 15 minutes in my vehicle for someone to come out, I called to see how much longer and was told that all mechanics were on break. When someone finally came out, he was walking so slow, you could tell he didn’t want to do it. How does a business let everyone go on lunch and break at the same time and not have any service for their customers? Especially during busy tire season? That would make it 1 1/2 to 2 hours per day of no service for their customers. More
