Savage Ford experience My husband and I have purchased many vehicles from here (new and used) they are probably the most friendly people I have ever met. They always worked well with us to get us what we wanted in our price range (with added bonuses). Any time we had/have any issues they are very quick to resolve them. A complete waste of time, the salesman could not seem to be bothered to try and close any deals, he would leave us standing around while he went and served other customers as they walked in, even though we be bothered to try and close any deals, he would leave us standing around while he went and served other customers as they walked in, even though we were very interested in buying a new vehicle. This happened several times even though we had driven 2 hrs just to get to this dealership. His original quote was changed significantly from our first conversations...he just did not seem to know what he was doing. "I can get you around 7000 on your trade in....down to 5000, then its "I'll call you tomorrow" (and of course don't) and finally saying "oh your still here?". We instead went to Sudbury and bought the same vehicle without the incompetence shown my this dealership. I have seen better salesmanship from girl scouts selling overpriced cookies. Unless you have no other choice just don't waste your time with these guys. More
