I’m not Terri l’y impressed with Savage Ford. I live an hour away from the dealer ship. The last time I was there during COVID lockdown. Then last week I stopped on the way buy to see if they could change a windshield wiper. After waiting around for 25 minutes they inform me they have none in stock. They asked if I would like them to order me one. Again I don’t think I’m going to drive an hour. When our back window exploded they also didn’t go out of there way to help.m More

Excellent service , dropped off my F-150 @ 1:00 pm and got it back @ closing ! It was supposed to be there over night . TP sensor replacement . Savage Ford was able to get me in for an oil change on very short notice when my warning light to change oil came on. Even though their next opening was weeks away, I was able to leave them the vehicle fo very short notice when my warning light to change oil came on.
