I had an issue with my truck on a Wednesday night and absolutely needed the truck for the weekend. I called the dealer Thursday morning and despite being short handed they asked that I drop off the truck absolutely needed the truck for the weekend. I called the dealer Thursday morning and despite being short handed they asked that I drop off the truck so they could squeeze it in somehow. Friday morning my truck was ready to go. Service to have winter tires installed. Scheduled for 8 a.m. and was done at 11! If you have backlog from the day before it would be nice to let the next customer know why get there early if it’s going to a.m. and was done at 11! Didn’t get an oil change either hasn’t been done for a long time, was checked by a friend and told it should of been done! Didn’t even get a top off windshield washer! Was not impressed with this service on Friday usually get more cordial and friendly employees in there.
