My wife took our MKX there for a recall. She got a call that they could not find the lock key for the tires and that it would cost 90 dollars to take ones on there off and replace with norm She got a call that they could not find the lock key for the tires and that it would cost 90 dollars to take ones on there off and replace with normal ones. When the SUV got home, I popped open the glove compartment and the lock key was sitting RIGHT THERE. Now we are out 90 dollars for their incompetent service and no lock nuts on the tires. Stay far away, especially if you are female apparently. We received a call from the 'manager' who admitted to us that the technician didn't actually know how to open the glove box and offered a free car wash next time we brought it in for an oil change (slap in the face considering we would never bring it back there) so we said refund us the money that we were ripped off for and replace the lock nuts you broke off that did not need to be...he told us he would get back to us and we never heard from them again....I would not deal with this place and will keep posting this on every review board I can find and also tell everyone to stay way clear....take your business to Stockfish in North Bay... More

Deeply disappointed in the handling of my last three service/maintenance program visits in 2021 - third replacement of rotors after only !0,000+kms; then, extreme reluctance to address issues with rear service/maintenance program visits in 2021 - third replacement of rotors after only !0,000+kms; then, extreme reluctance to address issues with rear suspension system starting when the vehicle only had just over 45,000+kms. Ultimately, for the first time ever, due to lack of dealership/service department support and “going to bat” for a loyal customer, I had to resort to seeking support and assistance from Ford corporate representatives. Ford corporate staff have a substantial file on the service issues I complained about, which required me to spend an inordinate amount of time (weeks), effort and stressful discussions to first be heard, understood, believed and then finally partially compensated.
