Service was an ABSOLUTE waste of time, energy, and warranty period. Unorganized, “stories” and diagnosis changed after waiting for backorder parts. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a new Ford to stay away from Savage Ford. For a first experience of buying a brand new vehicle, paid in full, I’m insulted with the multiple runarounds I’ve experienced with this dealer. At this point, I wouldn’t even let them check my tire pressure. More
