[Defective Parts in My Brand-New 2025 Tucson Hybrid – Completely Unacceptable] I purchased my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid from South Saskatoon Hyundai in July 2025, and within just a few month Completely Unacceptable] I purchased my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid from South Saskatoon Hyundai in July 2025, and within just a few months, I’ve experienced multiple defective parts and repeat mechanical failures. Here’s what has happened so far: – Engine warning light: Diagnosed as a faulty crankshaft, which had to be replaced. – TPMS sensor issue: One of the tire pressure sensors failed and needed replacement. – Engine warning light again: Even after repair, the light stayed on. The dealership later said another sensor was defective and would need replacement. It is completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle to have so many defective components and require repeated repairs in less than three months of ownership. On top of that, the dealership refused to provide a courtesy or loaner vehicle, leaving me without transportation for my daily commute between Warman and Saskatoon, where there are no public transit or ride-share options. These ongoing issues raise serious questions about the quality, reliability, and safety of my vehicle. I did not expect to spend this much time in the service department for a new car. I am asking South Saskatoon Hyundai and Hyundai Canada to take responsibility and replace this defective vehicle under warranty. Anything less would be unacceptable given the repeated part failures and inconvenience I’ve faced. I will update this review depending on how Hyundai and the dealership resolve this matter. More

Horrible customer service. Left several messages to speak to a manager and was told he’d call after a meeting in the morning and the was attempt 4 for contacting. I’ve worked for a dealer for 9 years and this was the worst experience to get my vehicle in. I couldn’t imagine if my vehicle was worked on if a call back takes 5 days. Drop off was good, advisor was personable. Unfortunately was charged for something I was told was included with service and then it was next to impossible to get a hold of anyone.
