We bought our car brand new and it had a dent in it on delivery. We asked for a new car and were told we had no option for that (it was still on the lot, we had not taken possession). They told us the bodywork they would do would be 'like new'. 3 years later the bodywork is bubbling and they are doing nothing about it. We bought paint warranty too, no effect. If you must buy from North Hyundai make sure you read everything, refuse warranty and maybe even get lawyers involved. More

Story time- I have been trying to get a car for 2/3 yrs now and I thought I would give it one last shot before I gave up completely and omg I’m so glad I didn’t. The next day I got a call from Boris and I told him what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend bi-weekly. He was so much help and connected me with Amy (financial person) and she helped me get into a 2021 Elantra. With a lot of work on her part! I am extremely grateful for these two. I never thought I would have my own car in such a short time. Within the following week I had my car in the driveway and all of this was done through phone and text. Again these two don’t know how much they helped me. Thank you again Amy and Boris. You guys rock!!!! The car..... I love it. So smooth and very efficient on gas which is what I was looking for. Shifts great, accelerates smoothly, stereos awesome, connects to CarPlay without the wires and the colour, I love it so much. More

Guys are friendly, but they over qualify you up front, then don't bring you proper numbers afterwards. Too long of a process overall. Most vehicles don't have a window sticker, so how the heck do you ev then don't bring you proper numbers afterwards. Too long of a process overall. Most vehicles don't have a window sticker, so how the heck do you even know what you are being charged for ? They love selling you on payment alone, the rest are secrets. You have to pull teeth for them to tell you what the interest rates/rebates are, and I have excellent credit. Also don't like the fact they want all your credit info, etc. up front during this qualifying process which is super time consuming. Both brand new vehicles I test drove had issues. Power seat quit working during the test drive in one, and the A/C blew luke warm air in the other. Nice looking vehicles, but cheap quality. More
