On January 31,2023 I visited the showroom of Toyota in Saint John N.B. My car had just failed its inspection and I was looking for a replacement. I was assigned to Kyle O'Neill as a salesperson. He was r Saint John N.B. My car had just failed its inspection and I was looking for a replacement. I was assigned to Kyle O'Neill as a salesperson. He was rude, curt and kept interrupting me when I spoke. He found out what type of car I was looking for and color. He went through the computer and found other makes of vehicles then tried to convince me to put a specific amount of money down and then finance the rest for 84 months. In calculating what it would have cost, the finance interest would be 8,000 for the duration of the payments. He kept repeating to me " Can't, you see I'm workin' for you". He called me at home later and said he had a vehicle " Just come in". that was just the color and year that I would be looking for. He kept telling me " It's not going to last long at this price". It was a very high pressure sales tactic and again kept telling me " Can't you see I'm workin' for you". He was completely immovable on the price, even paying cash. When I told him that I was going to have to let this deal go to someone else the call quickly ended and I haven't heard from him since. I felt like I was being suckered and highly pressured to make a deal , right now. I was not impressed with his tactics and would not deal with him again. More

That all ended at Saint John Toyota. The salesman we dealt with was Mark Duffley, he was very transparent and timely with his responses to our many questions. Everything was done in a timely manner and very professional. Mark delivered on everything he promised. We were from out of town and Mark and Kim worked very hard to make the whole process seem easy and quick. Thank you very much we would highly recommend dealing with Mark and Saint John Toyota. More
Parts Department To whom reads this review, I highly recommend Saint John Toyota's Parts Department. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable service. I typically purchase To whom reads this review, I highly recommend Saint John Toyota's Parts Department. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable service. I typically purchase oil, filters and wiper blades from the Toyota Parts Department. My most recent experience was the best yet! I stopped by to pick up a RAV4 rear wiper blade refill and not only did the service meet my expectations it went beyond! Peter C. offered to come outside and show me how to replace the rubber refill. Keep up the great service! More
Honest, friendly staff and an allround great experience. My husband and I purchased a used Toyota Camry back in March 2018. It was an older car, a 2003 and had over 400,000 kms on it. We were looking for a My husband and I purchased a used Toyota Camry back in March 2018. It was an older car, a 2003 and had over 400,000 kms on it. We were looking for a car that we could buy outright, as I had only been at my current employment for 6 months and did not want to go into debt. The salesmen we dealt with, mainly Grant told us for the age of the vehicle, it was in pretty good shape and he wasn't wrong. We took it for a test drive and it drove like a much newer car. He even told us to take it to our mechanic, which we did and he told us the same thing. It was in really good shape for the age and kms. on it. We bought it and it only needed minor work to pass inspection in July, less than $300. It is still running very well and is very reliable. We were and still are very happy with our purchase. Grant was very helpful, honest and didn't steer us wrong. If or when we are in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely go to Saint John Toyota first. More
Parts counter attendants need customer service training. I have purchased my last 2 new vehicles at this dealer. My sales man (Bob) is top notch. However, I have never had a good experience with the parts I have purchased my last 2 new vehicles at this dealer. My sales man (Bob) is top notch. However, I have never had a good experience with the parts department. Every time I have contacted parts, the customer service is sub par. My most recent call to the parts department was to obtain pricing on tires and rims for my 2018 Camry Hybrid XLE. I stated that I was looking to purchase 4 18" steel rims, 4 Michelin Premier tires and 4 tire pressure sensors. The guy who took my call was quick to tell me that Toyota does not make 18" steel rims. Yet he neglected to offer me after market rims. You would think that the guy would have tried, even just a little bit, to assist me with what I was looking to purchase. In fact, after informing me that Toyota doesn't make 18" steel rims, he never said anything else. Thanks for nothing. I went to another dealership, whom gave me options for what I wanted and yesterday I spent 2300 on rims/tires/sensors. That sale could have been Saint John Toyota's, to bad, I will never buy parts from this location again. And I am seriously considering getting a new Tundra from Moncton, since Saint John cant provide and all around good customer service experience. More
