We purchased a used EV. Our salesperson told us we would get a rebate. They never said with who our how the rebate was determined. As the seller, providing a link to or even the name of who provides the rebate would have been extremely appreciated so we could see beforehand if we qualified and not just be told that we would get one, which we didn't. They are the sellers, they have knowledge of the rebate, it would have been nice to know this before the purchase. So incredibly disappointed at the misleading transaction and we won't be going back there. More

To be clear my sales person was excellent as she was knowledgeable and always answers my calls promptly. My issue was withe manager who had little regard for customer satisfaction who refused to dicker knowledgeable and always answers my calls promptly. The website says come on for the great 40th anniversary sale and safe when I inquired the manager stated that was for used cars only ( not what the website states as they advertise build your own during the anniversary. Lastly, he said that he already added some things to the car like rubber matts, trunk mat and mud flaps which I did not ask for, at a price of over $1165 which would be financed over my chosen term. Yes I would have purchased these items but I would have purchase better quality Weathertec mats more economically on my own and to add insult to injury the matts where just tossed in the cargo area not installed as I installed them on the dealership lot during the rain. In all fairness I was promised a free oil change but have yet to see a voucher or a mention of it. To be clear my sales person MacKenzie was professional and helpful, the manager is the reason why so many may dealerships have a bad reputation. Purchasing a car is not a trivial matter as it’s likely the second biggest purchase after your house. Thus far I am pleased with my new Tucson hybrid and read that the service department is very good. More
