In a few words...the worst experience i ever went through. Please abstain from going there they will try to rip you off. Especially their sale manger Ron and his sidekick Alex. I have had my cars serviced at the former Saab of KW. They seem to be getting better and better. Recently, they repaired both my car and my son's vehicle for a fraction of what I expected. This is by far the worst dealership to deal with post sales. They screwed us around for 2 months on an issue with no communication from them. I had to phone them at least 15 times in that time and stil sales. They screwed us around for 2 months on an issue with no communication from them. I would NOT recommend this dealer for service for the following reasons. After my recent first oil change, the steering wheel, interior door handle, shifter etc. were made extremely dirty with grease and following reasons. After my recent first oil change, the steering wheel, interior door handle, shifter etc. were made extremely dirty with grease and muck. Also, the drain plug leaked after the oil change. I took the vehicle to another dealer to have the leak repaired. SUZUKI of KW did not even respond to my complaint about the oil leak for which I paid to repair out of pocket. Never again! More
