Disappointed with service. Crystal was amazing and it was a pleasure dealing with her but I left with more problems than I started with. Very disappointed with Chevrolet and wil Crystal was amazing and it was a pleasure dealing with her but I left with more problems than I started with. Very disappointed with Chevrolet and will not buy with them again. As well, the pricing to fix my problems was outrageous. More

SMP are definitely a Trusted Saskatoon Auto dealer I recently bought a used Ford Flex from SMP- The sales person I worked with Ben Roberts who is fantastic to deal with. He started by assessing my need I recently bought a used Ford Flex from SMP- The sales person I worked with Ben Roberts who is fantastic to deal with. He started by assessing my needs in a vehicle ( as a family of 5) and explained that he thought a flex would be perfect for our family. After a test drive i was sold on the vehicle and proceeded to the finance department, where i got looked after very well. any questions I asked were answered fully, and Ben bent over backwards to accommodate me, i got so much added value including fitting a command start , airmiles and a trip for 2 to Vegas!!! Both Stan the manager and the owner of SMP personally thanked me for choosing to buy a vehicle from them, which I thought was a really nice touch. More

new purchase overall i was pretty impressed with Dan and Jami and his team was a nice effort to help out my wife who recently wrote off her car . My take on the overall i was pretty impressed with Dan and Jami and his team was a nice effort to help out my wife who recently wrote off her car . My take on the leasing agent was poor . He needed to communicate with Dan better . The leasing details weren't correct and although they honored the first month payment they didn't explain the importance of listing my wife as Co lease' . This made it a difficult task to change everything over to my name and change the payment plans etc . I was super impressed that Dan and Jami gave us a extended test drive for my wife .In the absence of the rental that the SGI adjuster messed up on this came in integral on the sale of the Malibu . More
