He will suggest all the options and what he thinks works best for you and your situation, working hard to get you the best deal (even though lets be honest...the balloons outside tell you the deal is already going to be pretty sweet). And, if you give him a very serious face, he'll know not to waste your time, get you what you need, sit you down next to the complimentary coffee on the lovely cushioned seats as fast as possible to their accountant upstairs where you will be sealing the deal and autographing paperwork/contracts like a celebrity. New Truck SMP was the first dealership I went to in my quest to find that perfect new truck. He immediately asked me if he could help me and we proceeded to his desk to look at new trucks and prices and discounts on them. While we were talking Stan Garchinski walked by behind me and stopped to say Hello. I was amazed that Stan recognized me as I had only briefly met him a couple of times before and hadn't been in the dealership in over a year.If you have ever met Stan you would know he is very outgoing and friendly and obviously has the perfect personality to deal with people on an ongoing basis.Kelly also was very personable and made me feel right at home.We looked at a couple of new trucks and I wasn't sure if I wanted brand new or slightly used.Being that it was only the first dealership I had been to I wanted to look around a bit before I made such a large purchase. Stan told me that I didn't have to go to another dealership and he was right. Within a couple of days a slightly used 2013 Silverado came up on the website and I contacted Kelly. Right away he got me down to the dealership for a test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. Kelly helped a little by Kelly Cherneski put together a deal I was happy with and It didn't take long and I was behind the wheel of my new truck.I have to say over the years I've dealt with quite a few car salesman and Kelly Prior was probably the best one I've dealt with so far. And I always find going to SMP is always a better experience than other GM dealerships I have been too.The way Kelly and Stan and Kelly treat people is far superior than other places I've been to and if anyone asks me where to go to buy a new vehicle I will be sending them to SMP to see Kelly Prior More
