My company vehicle is covered by FOSS/fleet and I know may not always be easy to deal with, but she takes care of everything for me, making my experience with SMP very hassle free!!! Great service I am from a small town a couple hours away from the city started having a problem with my suv the day before so call first thing Monday morning to see I am from a small town a couple hours away from the city started having a problem with my suv the day before so call first thing Monday morning to see if they could look at it. They got me in and at 9:30 am and fig out the problem ASAP I had to wait for a extra day for part to come out of Edmonton they drove me to and from where I need to go and soon as part arrived had it in shop and fixed with in a hour but if for some reason part didn't show up that day they were going to get me a rental car so I could get home to my to little boys best service I have ever had Thanks crystal u are amazing at your job More

The service advisor I deal with Rebecca Friesen has made the whole proses of dropping off my truck to picking it very easy, with keeping me informed of the status of the service work being done to completion, making sure I can get to work and back to pick up my truck. Excellent and Immediate Service I had some issues with my 2013 Chevy Siverado. I work for a large construction company and am always on the go. This truck is my office on wheels and I had some issues with my 2013 Chevy Siverado. I work for a large construction company and am always on the go. This truck is my office on wheels and I need it to perform my duties. When the warning bells, lights and whistles started flashing, I was able to take it to SMP at 6:30 A:M the following morning. I was greeted by Nick Kinar and once again he assured me that they would get the truck fixed up for me ASAP. They took it in that morning, without prearranging an appointment, and I had it back by the end of the day. I have received this excellent service more than once from SMP's service department. I have been very impressed with the immediate service I have received. On all occasions, Nick has been very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I highly recommend their service department. More
