Glad to have my truck fixed I was having a serious problem with my SUV and I had tried getting it fixed at another dealership on three different occasions. Each time I was told t I was having a serious problem with my SUV and I had tried getting it fixed at another dealership on three different occasions. Each time I was told they couldn't find the problem, even though they acknowledged there was something wrong. They even had the gal to charge me on my third visit and give me lame guesses as to what the problem was, which weren't covered under warranty. The power train, on my truck, was under warranty but time was running out. I decided to take my truck to SMP and the good people there took the time to listen to me and didn't disregard all the information I presented to them. They had my truck for a few days and didn't stop until they fixed the problem and what do you know, it was in the power train. I can't thank the people who worked on my truck enough. This truck is the primary means of transportation for my family and we live in the country so having a reliable vehicle is very important and having it finally fixed has put me and my wife at ease again. More

Unfortunately we weren't able to get into the truck we wanted, but they were able to get us into our top choice car and we got to keep our truck. Even without a trade-in or down payment we walked away with a great vehicle. The vehicle we chose was so new to SMP that they hadn't yet sent it for detailing. So, unfortunately, we weren't able to take the car that day. We signed all the paperwork and had everything squared away so we could simply pick up the car the next day. There was a fair amount of waiting around, but in the end it was worth it. We are very happy with our new car. Thank-you. More
