My service advisor, Cryst I was pleased this time with my service as I was charged only one-half hour of service to fix my problem (minor) on my SUV. My service advisor, Crystal McEwan, explained the entire process in easy-to-understand language, and I was more than pleased with her explanation up-front of how the process works. I had a different advisor in the past, and all he has ever said to ALL questions was "I don't know", which was frustrating.
