Michael Fahlgren and his manager went to bat and found a Trax of a color suitable for us. Michael, was curtious and knowledgable, and most of all patient. When we dealt with fianance, the young lady was respectful and searched for the military allowance G M provides for service members. That is why I buy from a North American Co. Being ex-military I am proud of the fact I did my job to protect our country. Further to that, I am an long time member of the Snowbird Air Demonstration team who successfully convinced the Gov. of the year in 1977 to fund the team. Now in 2020, we will celebrate 50 years of wowing audiences in North America. I hope to be there. I have used SMP's service for years. More
