Hi Simran, We have looked into your repair order, and you did receive a synthetic oil change on November 18 when you came in for service. Our standard recommended interval is 6,000kms or 3 months for oil changes and that is why you received a reminder call to book an oil change. Further to this, we delivered your vehicle for your convenience to your work, Dominos Pizza on Venture Crescent – we do not offer a delivery service for our customers, however, we were able to accommodate you. We are sorry that you feel this way, as we always strive for customer satisfaction; it is unfortunate that you are unhappy with our service based off of the recommended interval for oil changes, rather than the quality service that we provided. Most synthetic oils are approximately double the oil life than regular Even a kid knows that may be your guys should do a little research and revise your standards Because just making money out of customer charging them on upgrades is not everything You should respect your customer. In September 2016, when we sold your son his pre-owned 2015 Chrysler 300 with 19,457kms, we performed a mechanical and visual inspection of the vehicle. We also pulled a Car Proof on the vehicle to ensure it hadn’t been in an accident – Car Proof pulls a verified report giving the history of a vehicle. Everything came back good on inspection and the Car Proof report was clean. When he purchased the car, we were (and still are) completely honest that there is no reported history of an accident on the vehicle. On Friday, he brought the car in with 65,243kms and brought to our attention a concern about his vehicle and a potential previous accident. When he asked us to replace his car and threatened us if we did not do so, we continued to work with him to find a solution. We spent 7 hours removing the pieces of the back end of the car, and had 4 Journeymen Body Shop Technicians inspect it - they found that all parts and pieces of the car were undamaged, in working order and good condition, with no evidence of an accident. To further put his mind at rest, we took him to a Dodge dealership with the part numbers of the pieces he was questioning, and they confirmed that the components were genuine parts for the car. We also consulted the 3rd party Body Shop that he had the car at, and were informed that the clear coat on the back bumper had been peeling and that they were able to fix it under warranty. In addition, we purchased another Car Proof report on Friday; the report was completely clean, other than the $19,994.49 damage done to the car while he owned it. We do not know the reasoning for the back bumper peeling, and we are happy that the bumper was able to be repainted by factory trained painters to fix the issue. We are more than happy to discuss things further. When selling a used vehicle, we do everything in our power to ensure that it is in a safe and working condition. Pulling Car Proof reports enables us to give an honest history of the vehicle.
