I found out that Kelly Prior was no longer in sales so he referred me to In October, I came in to look at either the new Equinox or the 2018 Traverse. I found out that Kelly Prior was no longer in sales so he referred me to someone he knew would take care of me like he would have. I test drove both and after having 5 Equinox’s, I fell in love with with the new Redline Traverse on the lot. Randy was so great. He showed me all the options that the vehicle had and it basically sold itself. We watched him do the presentation before Halloween using my new vehicle and he did such a great job! It helped my analytical husband learn more about the vehicle as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at a vehicle. SMP is very lucky to have him. Terrible buying experience. Brutal customer service. Bought a used vehicle for $20,000. It had a chip in the windshield that I was assured would be repaired to my satisfaction or replaced. Some incredible conversations. 3rd party windshield repair shop told me that I had a 50/50 chance of windshield failing. Typical example of salesperson saying whatever they need to say to make the sale. Issue was escalated to sales manager - this just made matters worse. I called again today - still waiting for return phone call. I do not believe this rating they are showing here is true. Not possible from my experience. Went to a major dealer thinking that I would get more honest treatment. I was vey wrong. Would not recommend SMP to anyone for anything. More
