WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will start off my saying NO ONE should ever bring their car here to be serviced. My parents took their 2009 Chevy Equinox here to get a engine compu I will start off my saying NO ONE should ever bring their car here to be serviced. My parents took their 2009 Chevy Equinox here to get a engine computer fixed. After 2 MONTHS, not weeks not days 2 months of trying to get the car fixed I had to step in. The manager was rude to me on the phone. I got him to reluctantly explain to me on the phone the issue and I was told that this part was on back order and not able to be found anywhere. My dad brought 2 used parts into them and they were not able to get it working. I find that hard to believe and I am 100% sure they were scamming my parents. Luckily I have a brain and found the exact part needed for the car from the US. verified the part and vin with GM who told me the part is good to go. Got the car towed to a REAL DEALERSHIP (Sherwood Chevy) that knows how to fix cars and to my shock, it got fixed in 2 days! I found the part that SMP could not in an hour with a simple good search. These idiots couldn't do that in 2 months and waited for GM to get one on back order. The entire staff their should be embarrassed. If you want your car fixed properly this is not the place you want to take it to. How these people are still in business is BEYOND me. I am disgusted at how they took advantage of my parents and will be posting this to every social media site and review possible. I want to thanks the people at Sherwood Chevy for fixing the car without issue. Please do yourself a favour and never do business with these people. I wont and no one I know will ever again. EMBARASSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

No more flat... in no time flat...:) I got a flat tire on a Friday morning, and they had my car in and out and fixed in the time it took me to walk across and get a coffee from Tims.
