Bought our vehicle here and thought they would have good service…..nope . Every time we come in we get a call and the excuse that they are overbooked and may not get our vehicle back until a day later . O service…..nope . Every time we come in we get a call and the excuse that they are overbooked and may not get our vehicle back until a day later . One time I brought it in for an appointment only to be told I did not have one. It was the day of the worst snow storm. The service person basically called me a liar and I had no appointment. If I wanted to I could leave it and they look at it in a day or so. I said no and left, parked in the lot called service and she said I did indeed have a scheduled appointment that morning . The last time I made an appointment I specifically said more than once that we need the vehicle back the same day , the service advisor said it should not be a problem since we booked early in the day . They called later to say we were bumped for larger jobs and we may not get our vehicle back the same day . How can you run a service dept like this? I was told they would rather have a full shop than an empty shop. So I guess it’s ok to overbook. We were asked if we lived out of town or in town, what does that matter if you make a maintenance booking . The service booking is the worst I’ve ever experienced. We only got the vehicle back the same day as I called to complain to the service manager. The work the mechanics do is good but They need to figure out how to book and honour service appointments Bottom line , do not expect your vehicle to be done when they say . More

The service, I received from them was more than I expected. They talk to me politely and explained everything and cleared out my doubts for the car. I was able to walk out with my car on the same day and I was very happy on that day. Moreover, they have a great atmosphere in there for everyone. And all the staff members are so friendly and every time ready to help customers. I highly recommend everyone to visit there as I believe it’s a best choice. My check engine light came on while driving to Saskatoon from Alberta for Christmas. I called and got an appointment forbthe next day and Rebecca was rea)y helpful when I arrived at the shop.
