What could have been a stressful experience made easy by the I decided to trade in my vehicle on a month long Black Friday promotion. It was a typically miserable fall blizzard on the prairies, But the sales tea I decided to trade in my vehicle on a month long Black Friday promotion. It was a typically miserable fall blizzard on the prairies, But the sales team made it as enjoyable as possible, letting me use my new Silverado to pop out and finish the dozen and 1 chores I had that day. Steve was a knowledgeable gentleman, took me around on a dealership tour of the parts, service, and auto body departments, then later walked me through the myriad of features on my new vehicle. It wasn't a perfect experience BUT it was one of the interactions I've ever had with a car dealership.. More

Frustrated Customer Took 7 visits to lease a truck and dealt with 3 different people. While salesman tried his best paperwork not ready waiting for an hour and a half to Took 7 visits to lease a truck and dealt with 3 different people. While salesman tried his best paperwork not ready waiting for an hour and a half to pick up vehicle came to sign paperwork that was not read or was wrong. . Wasted my time. Very frustrating experience. More

First time and last time!!!!! I had a completely terrible experience with purchasing a brand new vehicle with this dealership. I bought the car in January, and being that it was th I had a completely terrible experience with purchasing a brand new vehicle with this dealership. I bought the car in January, and being that it was the middle of winter and I live over 6 hours away, I paid an additional $600 to have it shipped. Once they received payment(CASH, not financed.) Any form of customer service disappeared. I was told one day shipping, and it took three weeks! for my vehicle to arrive. I understand that when using a third party shipping company, that sometimes things are out of others control. However, this is the shipping company the dealership chooses to deal with. I did not even have the option to set up alternate shipping with a company of my choosing.I was told I would be provided with a tracking number, this did not happen. I had arranged for a certain dealership here in the city for the car to be delivered to. Again, this did not happen. They shipped it to a different dealership. The problems just kept on from there... Once the vehicle arrived, there was scratches underneath the front middle skirt. I was told the car was sold as is!!! Since when is a BRAND NEW, not USED vehicle sold AS IS?! completely disgusted by the lack of costumer service and support from GM. I will definitely not be recommending this dealership to purchase vehicles from, as well as I will be very hesitant to purchase a GM vehicle in the future. Very unfortunate as my wife's family all own GM vehicles. lastly, when checking my spec sheet, I had noticed that there was a $500 engine cover option that was to be in my car. Guess what?! upon checking with my local dealership, what do we find? you guessed it, the $60 STOCK cover. Another phone call was made to SMP, and they did ship the $500 cover to me. Very shady SMP!
