My experience overall was positive The salesman was helpful in descriping all the features of the Equinox that we purchased and the test drive was great and Dan Barret’s Input was engag The salesman was helpful in descriping all the features of the Equinox that we purchased and the test drive was great and Dan Barret’s Input was engaging. The price for the vehicle was competitive however there wasn’t any room for negotiation when I asked for a lower price! My trade was lower than anticipated however just before purchase a general email was sent to me about a push drag pull trade that would give me a thousand dollars more than my initial estimate. It took awhile until an email came directly to me about the promotion fortunately it came just before I purchased my vehicle otherwise I would have not got more for my trade which helped a lot ! My vehicle was clean and plates were installed and ready to go ! The finance person Riun Boleyn ( the spelling may not be right) was very professional and patient as it took awhile to get our banks funding in place ! More

Very frustrated I Had a truck lined up to buy, drove over 5 hours to find out that the truck was sold and then shown only one other vehicle even through I was told t I Had a truck lined up to buy, drove over 5 hours to find out that the truck was sold and then shown only one other vehicle even through I was told thay had many vehicles to choose from. And then was told the bank needed a $10,000.00 down payment even through we had a 2017 truck to trade in. Whole lot of we can do this and do that, but it was a whole lot of xxxx in the end . What a waste of time and money. More
