Terrible, but got better We were trying to buy a truck, we live 2 hours from the dealership. We got told to come in and get it by Ian. Ian actually didn't even have the green We were trying to buy a truck, we live 2 hours from the dealership. We got told to come in and get it by Ian. Ian actually didn't even have the green light from the bank at that time but we didn't know that so we drove 2 hours with our 5 year old, got there at 430. Did a test drive, got told to come back at 6. While we were gone we got told to meet Ian at 7:30 at the other dealership and it would be fast. We were told we would be done by 8. We got there at 7, put all our stuff in the new truck, waited around till 8 while Ian dealt with another customer. Finally Barrie Johnson was involved and everything started going smoothly. We did not get out of the dealership till 9pm. We did not get home till 11:30pm. Ian was rude enough to push past me in a hallway. He left his cigarettes out in his desk, he didn't even acknowledge us for 45 minutes. He was rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend any one deal with him. Barrie was great and very professional and entertaining, especially once we found out why i was upset. There was supposed to be better tires put on the truck prior to us getting it, that did not happen. Ian assured us we would have them the next business day delivered to our house. They were delivered but they were the wring tire. Ian then proceeded to argue that they were the same tire as we wanted, but they weren't. He finally told us the right tires would be at our house by noon the next day when actually he had no idea when they would come as they were being shipped from Edmonton. We finally got the right tires 6 days later. Huge thanks to Barrie for following up with us consistently until all issues where solved!! I defiantly feel that Ian is in the wrong profession. My ratings will be based off Barrie Johnson's services. More
