They do not value their customers! Today I had an oil change appointment and tire rotation booked for 3:30pm at S&B Keswick. I had made the appointment last week. I was there for 3:30pm and asked how long it would take. I was told an hour, hour 15 max. So I brought a book and sat and waited. At 4:30pm I look out the window and see my Jeep in the same parking spot where I parked it. I went up to the front desk and asked politely if my Jeep were ready and the employee was running around saying I haven’t gotten the papers back yet and kept referring to me as “sweetie” running around back and forth from the front office. By then it was 5:10pm I noticed a employee going to my Jeep with the keys I then said “wait is he going to do my oil change right now?” And she said yes. I said no and had to run outside to the employee and ask him for my keys back. I then went inside and asked to speak to the manager. He then came out of the side room and just stared at me. Instead of apologizing or trying the make the situation better, he just blamed everyone else “change of shifts, the bay was full” which non of this was true since I had been sitting inside the whole time since 3:30pm. I am disappointed and disgusted that I was forgotten about and that my appointment meant nothing to them. I also think it’s unprofessional for an employee to refer to customers as “sweetie” it’s degrading and disrespectful especially for one woman to call another woman sweetie. I will be going to a different Jeep dealership from now on. S&B Keswick has lost my respect. Don’t go here. They’ll forget about you. More
Poor service and bad management I didn't purchase my Jeep Grande Cherokee from this dealership because they didn't have much in stock. Here is my story. I complained about the radio not getting HD and my XM not being stable. They, of course, say no fault found, and told me it was like that on all Grand Cherokees. I took another GC for a test drive the following weekend and it was much better. I also complained about my driver rear door not closing correctly as it is rubbing metal to metal (paint on paint) and it will eventually cause a problem and rust. The GM (Jim) told me I am covered. keep an eye on it and if it rust they will fix it then. xxx? really. After my service, I also had a screw in my cup holder. not sure where that came from but the Service manager said it was already there. I called Chrysler head office to complain. S&B told them totally different stories (lies) and Chrysler told me to call them back and go back. When I called back the service manager (Neil) told me he didn't say those things to Chrysler head office. Someone is lying to me. Either Chrysler head office or the dealership. I then asked to speak with the GM (Jim) again and he pretty much told me to go elsewhere. I have all the calls recorded and will be posting them on Youtube so that everyone can make there own judgment. I for one regret buying a Chrysler product and would definitely not recommend S&B for sales or service. The Service Manager could have offered to take ownership of situation at least you think that the GM would have, but they would prefer you just leave. S&B doesn't like warranty business. I also don't think they have many technicians so when they tell you they had there best tech working on it they aren't lying. it's the only tech they have and it doesn't mean he's good it's just the best they have.
