They do not stand behind there sales nor do they offer any after sales service. Very disappointed with our used car purchase and the after sales service, or lack thereof. We purchased a used 2014 pathfinder from Royal Oak Nissan in Calgary. The salesman (Dylan), the delivery representative (Emily) and the finance manager (Tyler) were all quite helpful to begin with. After owning and driving the car for about three weeks we discovered on a road trip to Red Deer during colder weather (-10C) that while driving at Hwy speeds there was/is a terrible draft on the passenger side. The draft blows on your feet making the passenger very uncomfortable and cold. After our trip and owning the car for less than one month we returned to the dealership and asked if there was something they could do for us? The sales manager flat out refused to help in any way. The car has 75,000km, Nissan warranty will not cover it, extended warranty will not cover it. More

My wife and I decided not to go forward with the car. We had 1000 dollars on Hold that they told us it will be returned regardless. Hoever; they didn’t DIDNT return our 1000 dollars - as quoted from Nissan managed Moe - “you wasted our time,that’s why we keeping by your 1000 and not returning your money”. Don’t go to Royal Oak Nissan — WROST I can’t believe a dealership such as Nissan does something like that to a customer. Trying to squeeze money out of you in anyway. I also quote Manager Moe-“ do you think your the only family that went though this issue\matter” I called other dealerships and told me they are suppose to return your money Back, I was advised to contact MVAIC. I have contacted MVAIC ,they will handle this matter. More

You spent countless hours with us, over 3 to 4 days and were always beyond professional, helpful and you even engaged with my daughters which made the long time at the dealership more enjoyable for them. Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making this process painless. We are happy with the car we purchased, and we’re not freaking out about the purchase price. That's a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a new car, and it's all thanks to you. We had visited numerous dealerships before coming to Nissan and no one’s customer service, dedication, patience or willingness to work with us could compare to the first class service you provided. Even after our first visit to the dealership, every time we came back EVERYONE at the dealership remembered us and greeted us; I think this is unheard of at dealerships. You can be sure that if I have any of our friends are looking to buy new cars in the future, we’ll be sending them to Royal Oak Nissan, and telling them to ask for Dylan. Don't get your car serviced here I had a good experience buying my used Rogue from here but got sucked into the extra warranty which also gave me oil changes. I've had nothing but issues. Everything from booking a courtesy car when I took my vehicle in for service and them saying they don't have courtesy vehicles so i thankfully got a shuttle (shuttle guy is super friendly he was a joy!) to booking an oil change on the phone and making sure it would be a 1 hour service but getting there and being told I was booked in for a maintenance for $388 so it would be all day i said no i didn't book that and need to be out in an hour and he said ok but it still took over 1.5 hours and I was late for another appointment. Unfortunately I'm stuck with service from Nissan due to the warranty I bought but I will be trying a different location. Avoid the warranty they try to sell you. Honestly Charlesglen Toyota across the street has the best service department I am looking forward to my warranty ending and going there. More

The next day I checked there kijiji add (still 17500) and made an appointment for my dad to go in only to have him drive an hour from Canmore to be told it's 21900??!! Bunch of scam artists putting up a price while we where on the way to see the vehicle!! And if you did make a mistake (which I don't believe they did) that's on you to honour the price which I was in contact with you about, or to let me know before we drive from Canmore Don't waste your time which people that do such bad business. More

I said to go to Royal Oak Nissan as I figured they’d not take her for a ride. The dirtbags sold her a brake flush, transmission flush, and new spark plugs for over $600 bucks. Brake pulsation didn’t go away. Their (obviously) commissioned service advisors had a field day at her expense. I checked the manual for the car and NONE of those maintenance items were required. I hope this review spares others the same indignation and predatory behavior. More

With the assistance of Holley (Service), Rob (Parts), Amanda (Service Reception) and Quinton (Service Technician) my problem was immediately taken care of, with just a charge for a broken part. I have been dealing with Royal Oak for a few years now and I remain a loyal customer because of the excellent service. Dave Carr (Service Technician) has been my go to person for service since my first visit, as at that time he rectified a situation arising from poor service at another dealership - not Nissan. I implicitly ask for Dave when I need service as he is an outstanding mechanic that puts customer service ahead of all else. More
