My CRV was due for an oil change and as usual we received professional and friendly service from Yorkton Royal Honda. The oil was changed and the vehicle checked over in under an hour, while we were driven t professional and friendly service from Yorkton Royal Honda. I have been having issues with my air conditioner on my 2016 Honda Civic for some time now. They said it could be the condenser which would be covered under my comprehensive warranty, however, I would have 2016 Honda Civic for some time now. They said it could be the condenser which would be covered under my comprehensive warranty, however, I would have to spend $140 - $280 on labour's (1 - 2 hours) to find out if that was indeed the issue. Why am I paying if it is something covered under warranty possibly. And why would it take 1 - 2 hours labour's to know if it is the condenser or not? Also, the last 2 times I took my vehicle in I told them to check my remote as it doesn't always work, and nothing was ever looked at or even mentioned in any followup. More
