I had a 1:00 appt on January 6/22. Got to the dealership early, in fact they had to unlock the door for us. We were asked what we were having done and said just in for an oil change. We were directed to a s early, in fact they had to unlock the door for us. We were asked what we were having done and said just in for an oil change. We were directed to a seating area and to wait and someone from service would come get us when they were ready for our vehicle. We sat right next to the service desk for about half hour until I finally asked when they were taking my car in. He had no idea what I was talking about so I again gave my name. He said he tried to call….guess I shouldn’t be polite and put my phone on vibrate. He said only a few minutes to wait. Anyway another half hour went by. 2:00 and I got tired of waiting so we left. We travelled 2 hours for an oil change we never got! I will never go to Royal Honda for service again…ever! More
