I used to think they cared and had good customer service. I brought my lease in for an OnStar upgrade and found out the plastic trim was broken from the service department. They told me they were going to fix I brought my lease in for an OnStar upgrade and found out the plastic trim was broken from the service department. They told me they were going to fix it and I booked another appointment. I brought it in for my 9:15am appointment and was told it would be done in a couple hours. Kind of a long time to replace one piece of trim but ok. Had to call after 3pm when no one called and was informed they are almost done and would send a shuttle. Finally got the car after 5pm with the new trim. Next day I get a service call that I have to bring my car in because the antenna was broken when installing the OnStar. Called back and found out it was fixed yesterday but was not told of the broken antenna or repair yesterday. Can't wait to turn my lease back in. Never had worse broken telephone service. Sick of the run around and lack of communication. More

I felt like we were treated genuinely, fairly and with sincerity, which has been proven to me to be a rare quality when dealing with sales personnel. I totally recommend this dealership and will only deal with Roy Nichols for future vehicle purchases. More

I really liked the fact that he didn't then have to go into another supervisors office to figure out pricing etc... because that was a real turn off in other dealerships. I like that he put together the costs and breakdown, it felt more authentic then some of the back and forth that happened at other dealerships. He was definitely professional and knowledgeable and just a good listener... when buying a car you want to know that the person isn't trying to sell you something but rather they are listening to help you find what you want/need. More
