My husband and I just walked in to see what would be involved in upgrading to a new Equinox. We were greeted by Jack, he took us into his office and went over all the options available to us. Being in customer service myself, it is very important to me when purchasing anything. We were so pleased that we went ahead right then and there with a new vehicle. When we came back to pick up our vehicle, we were introduced to Tom. Again the service provided by Tom was exceptional. Tom is very knowledgeable with every aspect of our new Equinox. He went over all the features in detail. After my husband and I left the dealership, we couldn't stop talking about the fantastic service we received. My experience with Castel at Roy Foss was by far the best I've had in purchasing a used vehicle. Castel is a very kind and patient person, and doesn't use any of the typical high pressure techniques employe I've had in purchasing a used vehicle. I came in to look at a used traverse I'd seen in auto trader, but he steered me toward a different Traverse that was LESS expensive than the one I was looking at, but was, in his opinion, better cared for and in better general condition than the one I'd seen. Being naturally suspicious of used car salesmen I was looking for his angle. But after talking with him for a bit I realized that he was really just a nice guy who wanted to help me out. And it turned out that he was right. I do believe I got the better Traverse thanks to him. And when it came to the safety inspection, a mechanic saw a part that would need changing soon, but didn't require it to pass the inspection. Castel made sure the part got replaced, saving me the trouble and expense down the road. I highly recommend Roy Foss to anyone looking to be treated fairly in the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Tom took over after I gave a runthrough of what I was looking into and he was great - everything worked out so seamlessly that it almost felt surreal.
