My experience with Castel at Roy Foss was by far the best I've had in purchasing a used vehicle. Castel is a very kind and patient person, and doesn't use any of the typical high pressure techniques employe I've had in purchasing a used vehicle. I came in to look at a used traverse I'd seen in auto trader, but he steered me toward a different Traverse that was LESS expensive than the one I was looking at, but was, in his opinion, better cared for and in better general condition than the one I'd seen. Being naturally suspicious of used car salesmen I was looking for his angle. But after talking with him for a bit I realized that he was really just a nice guy who wanted to help me out. And it turned out that he was right. I do believe I got the better Traverse thanks to him. And when it came to the safety inspection, a mechanic saw a part that would need changing soon, but didn't require it to pass the inspection. Castel made sure the part got replaced, saving me the trouble and expense down the road. I highly recommend Roy Foss to anyone looking to be treated fairly in the purchase of a new or used vehicle. More

Searching for a new car was a terrifying experience - as a new grad, my worries were budget and the ability to obtain a loan even with huge student loans after graduation. I was connected with Sam through a trusted friend who reached out to me very shortly after and I could tell even via email that he was absolutely willing and happy to make it work. Tom took over after I gave a runthrough of what I was looking into and he was great - everything worked out so seamlessly that it almost felt surreal. There were no problems getting a loan and no problems getting the car ready. I had received a loan, picked out my car and picked it up within just over a week!
