An absolutely excellent experience After visiting several GMC dealers I finally tried Roy Foss Woodbridge. From the welcome I received upon entering the door, everything was just marve After visiting several GMC dealers I finally tried Roy Foss Woodbridge. From the welcome I received upon entering the door, everything was just marvelous. I was directed to Larry Gerrior, told him what I was looking for and we then proceeded from there. At no time did I feel pressured to buy and was allowed to make my own selection of a vehicle I would like to buy. We noticed some things on the test drive and I was advised that it would be fixed in the 150 point inspection. I then met other staff namely Oliver and Tom who were also very helpful and answered all of my questions. Larry has now come in four times on his days off to assist me with some problems with the car and as of today everything has been fixed. It is wonderful how all the staff in the showroom area remember me and greet me upon entering and always have a conservation with me. A great experience all round. Larry is still trying to assist me with my vehicle web page and I will be back to see him next week. I can not say enough good things about this dealership and the staff. Although I only worked directly with Larry everyone else was there to assist. Too bad Oliver's name is not on the list as well as the young lady who greets customers at the door. I am also noting other staff who always talk with me when I am there. Excellent, Excellent Customer Service. More

From the friendly greeter to the Sales to the Finance, the entire process was easy, comfortable and enjoyable. We worked with Tom Gostic on the purchase of our vehicle and Nick Cece on the financing, both of these gentlemen were knowledgable, helpful and really great to work with. I would highly recomment this dealership and will be returning again (even though it is a 45 minute drive). Great Job Roy Foss !!!! More

It was my first time going into this dealership and didn't know what to expect so I decided to check it out. The staff and reception were friendly and the ambience was alright considering the blackout they just had. But just as we were about to leave, this pleasant lady ( Karen Aragon) arrived and she shined throughout. Not only did she acknowledge us from the beginning to the end; she was very attentive, knowledgeable, provided honest valuable advice and took the time to find out what were looking before and after the test drive. It wasn't going to be easy for her to convince me once she knew of my intentions to purchase another competitors vehicle, but she rose to the occasion and met my expectations all the way and bought a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. Special mention goes to her manager for putting me at ease with some minor concerns I had and Karen for always following up with any questions and doubts I have in a timely manner. So if you're shopping for a vehicle and want to feel just as valued the day before and after purchasing a vehicle, I recommend this dealership and above all I recommend a professional, wonderful and pleasant lady like Karen to help you out. It is evident that he doesn't just work to benefit himself, but he always does what is in the best interest of the customer. I would also recommend Royfoss as a dealership in general. They spent a long time making sure that my new car was ready to go. When there were some initial issues with the car, I was given a rental right away for the inconvenience. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Kyle, or a better dealership than Royfoss Woodbridge. I am 100% satisfied. :) More
