My husband was in the process of exchanging his truck at the same time. When he got his new truck from Roy Foss, he completely forgot to pick up the tires. When it came time to exchange the summer tires to winter, they told me they couldn’t find my tires with no reasonable explanation, later they said because It was didn’t pay $110.00 for the storage they would not give my tires. I did not get an invoice, call or any reminder about us forgetting the tires. I felt like I have been taken advantage by this dealer and they have kept our tire on purpose. More

Beware of service CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE VEHICLE TO ROYFOSS WOODBRIDGE FOR SERVICE, PLEASE READ BELOW TO FIND OUT HOW SUCH A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE TH CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE VEHICLE TO ROYFOSS WOODBRIDGE FOR SERVICE, PLEASE READ BELOW TO FIND OUT HOW SUCH A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE THEM CAN RIP CUSTOMERS OFF IN ANYWAY THEY CAN I WAS TRYING FOR ZERO STARS BUT I COULDNT! PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REALIZE THAT MOST REVIEWS WITH 4-5 STARS ARE ONLY FOR SALES AND NOT FOR SERVICE Worst dealership someone can go to!!!!! Their out to empty your pockets in service, I took my ats there to be fixed I was charged $700 for a pin replacement in a harness, they didn't replace the entire wire, they cut and joined the wire within a inch away from it's original locations. I couldn't believe my eyes when they handed me the piece that just cost $700 to fix when in reality the pin cost roughly 10 cents!!!!!! Upon picking up my vehicle still in the parking lot.... Just entering my car I notice that my stereo wasn't on USB which I left it on, it was on xm radio... Why would someone stereo be on xm if they never subscribed to it.... When I went to switch the media ibput on the screen nothing happened. Now the entire bottom of my screen isn't working and some how service manager (Peter McKay) said they aren't responsible for any damages that happened while my car was in their possession for the week, I'll be sure they see me in court for the damages they done and I'll make sure I'll have this on my local news channel too and everyone within my social media ex.( IG , FB, Cadillac forums) bringing awareness to everyone I know who owns a GM vehicle not to bring their car here to be serviced..... And I'll start off with my self owning 5 Cadillacs, a suburban and a corvette.. Oh yeah last one for the road... I spent $700 for repairs, and they couldn't even do a wash and vac complimentary due to their xxxxing expansion looked like experience technician don't know how to take up windows, and left the down in a construction site. My car when I got it looked like a sand storm was in woodbridge More
NOT TO BE TRUSTED Piece of advise: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Sales or service departments are serviced by the same type of people with no morals, decency or profession Piece of advise: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Sales or service departments are serviced by the same type of people with no morals, decency or professionalism, the lowest of the low. Just to make money on you. They think they are GOD and can do as they please or do nothing and get paid. The Government must do something about vehicle selling and car service in Ontario. The law must be changed and updated to the current market and specially to protect the customers. Now all the power are in dealership's hands and they can do whatever they want. Hope this Government for the People, will do something about this. The sooner the better. More
Terrible Customer Service This dealership is such a let down. They don't care about their customers at all and try their best to screw you out of your hard earned money. I've This dealership is such a let down. They don't care about their customers at all and try their best to screw you out of your hard earned money. I've been diligent with servicing my truck as per the scheduled maintenance required and have abided by any suggestions given to me. I am now required to pay $800.00 for repair services because of non-communication from the service providers at this dealership. They neglected to inform me of 'required' service needed on my truck but still managed to make note of it on my invoice pretending that it was communicated to me. When I brought the issue up myself during another appointment, I was told that they 'looked into it and that everything was perfectly fine.' Well, perfectly fine to Royfoss Woodbridge means that the calipers seized, the rear brake pads rubbed on the rotors and my truck was unsafe and undriveable. Why am I paying for the dealerships neglect? Why am I paying for a faulty part that caused premature ware and tear on a 2 year old truck with less than 35,000 km on it? Thanks Royfoss, I know you don't give a xxxx but I put my kids in this vehicle and will definitely be bringing this issue with GM Canada. It is negligence and unacceptable! More

Hour later got call from dealer that I needed a 4wheel alignment. I told them no, the steering handles well and there is no tell-tale sign on tires and drivability. Then dealer calls to tell me that my battery light was on. I told them the light was not on when I brought the truck to you and my dash volt meter showed charging normal. (This day there was a cold advisory, outside temperature at -17) then service adviser tell me truck might not start. When I picked up my truck it stated fine, after start up, and gauge and indicator lights check all was normal. BEWARE AT THIS DEALERSHIP OF FAKE REPAIRS. More
AWFUL I had an awful experience at this service department. It's a long story, but here are the upsetting parts. Peter Mackay, the Service Manager, there I had an awful experience at this service department. It's a long story, but here are the upsetting parts. Peter Mackay, the Service Manager, there didn't follow up on an inquiry that he said he would do for me, or return my last 2 emails, or respond to phone calls I made trying to find out the results of that inquiry. I had a similar problem dealing with Kyrie Hawley at GM. She didn't return 2 of my phone calls. Kyrie had made an offer to reimburse 25% of the repair costs from GM and Peter offered another 25% from his dealership. Then later, Peter said the offer was only good for 15 to 30 days, which he hadn't mentioned when I said I wanted to pursue the full amount with GM. So now I would get nothing back. I had been lead to believe that the work would be covered by the Service Rep before the work was done. But due to the Christmas holidays, no Manager was there to give the "official" ok. Ellie Zamanian offered to help resolve the issue, but after I sent her the lengthy email she requested, outlining the details, she replied that it would take some time, she didn't reply to my follow up email. I wonder if she got canned for trying to help me. There was a dispute about the purchase date of the car, which I thought was 16 days after they claimed. This may have been due to the delivery date. But GM has offered no proof to their claim. I booked an appointment to have work done 16 days before I thought my warranty expired. They claimed it was 1. The heating pump was not working for 2 months before that, my bad for not getting it fixed right away, but life got in the way (actually, death, as my wife passed away earlier that year and things are busy with a 13 year old son, etc.) My wife and I had bought 3 cars at this dealership between 2010 and 2012 and our family have been purchasing GM vehicles since 1995. We will never go to this service department again, or buy another GM vehicle, until this is resolved and I am reimbursed the $742.05. My advice is to stay clear of this dealership. Greg Boyd More
Service my Vehicle Chevrolt Cruzie 2017 I went for oil change last week was told you need to book an appoint the wait time is 2 hours, i said ok fine booked for last saturday again was told I went for oil change last week was told you need to book an appoint the wait time is 2 hours, i said ok fine booked for last saturday again was told me that you need some maintenance schedule i asked is this void my warranty if i did not do it the lady said yes it is and there are two of them one is brake service and other is some kind of engine gas line clean up both cost more than 360 dollars plus tax. I said i do not have time today so please just do brakes and oil change. I was sitting there more than one and half hour ask the lady on reception she said check with service lady so i went there and ask same question what is the status on my car, She said that's take another hour and half i said just do oil change and leave the brake service for next time. I was sitting another half an hour and then she took me to inside the repair garage and said they do everything, they don't want to let me go as they make money for this. I go online and find out first of all this is not part of my maintenance they just try to make money so be careful if they asked you for anything go through your vehicle manual what is important and needs to be done. Never trust these dealers for anything without checking the service manual. They charge me 225.00 for nothing. I will not going back to them again. what is the point for booking an appointment as this take more than last week i was there for more than three hours. More
