Don’t buy a used car from Roy Foss Woodbridge! We recently bought a used car from them. Before buying the car, the salesman was great and was helpful in explaining the car’s features. Both he and the Used Car Sales Manager also verbally agreed to repair and address some issues we noticed, but when it came to signing the purchase and sale agreement, they didn’t want to put these in writing. It was only when they saw I was willing to walk away from the deal, then he reluctantly wrote in the agreed repairs. But when we got home after paying for and picking up the car, we noticed that the rear panel was loose. I immediately texted the salesman and included pictures about this issue. After repeatedly following up with text messages and phone calls, the salesman told me that the Used Car Sales Manager said that ‘the dealership cannot do anything’. This is absolutely ridiculous. It was obviously an issue that existed when we bought the car. In fact, when we took the car to another dealer, they couldn’t believe that Roy Foss wouldn’t fix the problem free of charge. Bottom line: Roy Foss Woodbridge gives you great service up until you pay. Once they have your money, that’s over. I will never buy from this dealership again. More
I would like to share my experience for service I get for my vehicle in Woodbridge Royfoss. First day. I bring my car with the main problem: CarPlay isn't working and also if I'm already here for service I my vehicle in Woodbridge Royfoss. First day. I bring my car with the main problem: CarPlay isn't working and also if I'm already here for service I need to change my winter tires to regular one. The service was done and when I came back, my CarPlay wasn't working and I asked the guy what he did. He informed me that he did a diagnostic and updated the system. When I asked him if he tried CarPlay he immediately told me that he doesn't have an iPhone and my cable isn't original for iPhone and it's a problem. I understand he never tried with any other phone either. I inform him that iPhone 15 doesn’t have original cable for CarPlay and I bought my cable 2 weeks early in Apple store with my new iPhone and it was working during 10 days. Second Day. Next day when I came to drive my car from the garage I found that one of the tire leaking. When I came to closest Mr. Lube I was inform that one of the tire wasn’t seal properly and by the way your tires is gone and you have to change all of them. I call immediately to service manager Nunzio Piccinni and we schedule appointment for next day, because he needs to measure my tire himself. Third Day. I come to the dealership and Mr. Piccinni measure tires and acknowledge that they have make mistake and he can cover cost of installation and balance if I’ll buying tires from them. Summary. I have 4 tires which I need to buy and CarPlay which doesn’t work. I’m not comfortable somehow to pay more for their service. More
Nothing but liars and crooks, was personally told by an employee that he wouldn’t even purchase a vehicle from them. I wish I was told that before I purchased my vehicle. Do not purchase a vehicle from John Dinardo. Promised me all these things and never received one of them and then was told it wasn’t on paper so there’s nothing I can do. More

Avoiding going here for a service, customer service is the worst I have seen from a GM dealer. Called 31st Jan at 119,500 km as my check engine light had come on and was told by THEIR representative that the worst I have seen from a GM dealer. Called 31st Jan at 119,500 km as my check engine light had come on and was told by THEIR representative that my warranty was good until 160,000 km. Fast forward to 16th Feb at 121,300 km and I bring my truck to get looked at and now I am told my warranty expired at 120,000 km and I have to pay $1000 for the repair. Offered a pathetic 10% discount over the phone and I said I will speak to the manager when I got there as it was unacceptable. When I arrived I asked to speak with the manager and was told, "She already knew about the situation and said that is all they are offering", didn't even have the decency to speak to me personally. I have filed a complaint with GM corporate about this dealer and they have escalated the case. They have lost a loyal customer, not that they care. More
Purchased a 2017 certified pre-owned vehicle. Brought it to an I dependant garage only to find out the vehicle should not have passed the safety. I have been back several times to get the issues fixed. Sta to an I dependant garage only to find out the vehicle should not have passed the safety. I have been back several times to get the issues fixed. Staff is very resistive and do only the mi imum to help. They are not proactive they are reactive to client concerns. I will never do business with them again. More
