They have been terrific with servicing my vehicle and very professional. My wife and I decide to buy a new vehicle at Roy FOSS. Why them? The way we have been treated and how they fixed problems promptly and also advised me against over spending on unnecessary work----- which leads me to Hass Jiwan sales man there: We've been looking since April 2014 at various cars and yes and no and yes and no--- our budget--- us getting married and now in November 2014 we come back and through all this the patience and friendliness Hass demonstrated to us helped put a great deal together. Hass in one word MANNERS!!! He knows when not to push:press and always a smile-- We highly recommend Hass Jiwan of ROY FOSS to anyone. Do NOT bring your vehicle here! Beware! Brought in my 2006 Chev Malibu due to my Power Steering indicator that illuminated and started chiming. Asked for the Service Dept to please verify w Brought in my 2006 Chev Malibu due to my Power Steering indicator that illuminated and started chiming. Asked for the Service Dept to please verify what specifically was the problem. My vehicle was taken in to the service bay and a half hour later, the attendant came over to speak with me in the waiting room. I was asked how I arrived at the Dealership today? Puzzled, the attendant then said that apparently my car required a battery boost to be brought in to the bay and then showed me a photo of 'my' car battery and pointed out how corroded the terminals were and that it would be a strong suggestion that I replace it with a new one. I dismissed that suggestion and moved on to the initial matter at hand. Regarding my Power Steering indicator, it was expressed to me that this could mean one of two possible issues. The power steering motor or the power steering column. The mechanic could fix one or the other but it was only a 50/50 chance that that would be the problem as there was no way for them to be certain. So, for my own curiousity, I asked how much it would cost to fix both issues? Approximately $1,500.00 was the answer I received and if I was considering the battery as well, an additional $300.00. Needless to say, I didn't feel satisfied enough in that 50/50 response to repair my problem and requested my vehicle be returned to me immediately with the paperwork outlining their repair reading/recommendation. Funny but there didn't seem to be any battery issue upon returning my vehicle to me. Hmmmmmmm? I did continue to drive my vehicle for another year without any issues other than the chiming of the Power Steering indicator. I received a recall notice from GM about 6 months ago regarding the Power Steering sensor and parts were finally made available a couple of weeks ago. My car was fixed last week at another Dealership and I have still continued to drive my vehicle without any Power Steering column or motor issue after all this time. Once the sensor was replaced, the chiming has stopped as well and the indicator has discontinued to illuminate. And I have yet to replace my battery after all this time. Since I was at another GM Dealership, I did discuss my previous experience at Roy Foss around the Power Steering indicator issue and it was confirmed to me that yes, it could have been either of those two initial issues. However, they would have been able to further diagnose whether it was the Power Steering motor or the Power Steering column by doing further tests and then would have recommended one or the other to me. Such a vague inconclusive answer would have not been given. Please do yourselves a favour and avoid this Dealership for servicing other than for regular maintenance. And even then, don't fall for any other suggested work recommendations. They obviously base their work ethic on deceiving/cheating their customers out of their hard earned $$. More

He also has great knowledge with all the vehicles as he made it really easy for me to understand all the functions of my new Cadillac CTS. After looking at Civic, Corolla, Elantra, Jetta and Mazda 3, on a whim I decided to take a look at the Cruze as well, although I had not purchased a G After looking at Civic, Corolla, Elantra, Jetta and Mazda 3, on a whim I decided to take a look at the Cruze as well, although I had not purchased a GM car since purchasing my first car which was a 1983 Pontiac J2000, Not only did I find the Cruze to be a best in class vehicle in which my LT came equipped far beyond all the competitors', my experience with Roy Foss was equally as pleasant. My experience with my salesman, Hass Jiwan was exceptional. Given my hectic work schedule, he drove a test vehicle to my home for us to look at so that we wouldn't have to come to the dealership. Throughout the entire process he was very patient, explained every detail to me, took the time to show me how all the features in the car work and offered his cell number to me in case I had any further questions post delivery. He also took the time to give me a tour of the dealership and to introduce me to the individuals I will be dealing with in the service department for my regular service. In addition to Hass, I also had a very pleasant experience with Costa, the sales manger whose main concerned to be me being properly looked after during the sales process and through delivery. I highly recommend Roy Foss Motors and I look forward to purchasing additional vehicles from them in the future. More

I had looked at a few new and used vehicles..Ford Excape, Hyundai Santa Fe, Nissan Altima & Rogue and just wasn't happy with any of them until I came into Roy Foss (Thornhill). I met Lakshan, we discussed my budget and the first of two Equinox's he showed me fit the bill perfectly. The transaction went very smoothly and only took about a half-hour to complete. I've never had such an easy time buying a car, so you know I have very high praise for Lakshan and Roy Foss for making me very happy with my experience. THANKS More

Lucky took me out for a drive which was just that, not a spin that I use to, you know just around the block 10 minutes or so. I actually got to DRIVE the car. When we got back he went through all the features again, he had done this before we went out. We went in to write up an offer. I wasn't to pleased with what they offered for my trade but with Luckys assistance and creative negotiation with a couple of his associates we came to an agreement, just in time to beat out another couple that were looking at the same car. When I came back to pick up the car Lucky spent at least an hour with me going over the paperwork and setting up some of the features on the car. He took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase not running off to sell another vehicle to someone else. Lucky also followed up with a couple of emails to make sure everyting was still good. More
Royfoss is "Lucky" to have Lakshan I was searching for a new vehicle for about a month or so before visiting Royfoss in Thornhill. I had a deal with a competitor that I just didn't feel I was searching for a new vehicle for about a month or so before visiting Royfoss in Thornhill. I had a deal with a competitor that I just didn't feel too good about at the time and decided to take a look at the Cadillac ATS at Royfoss. My family has a history of purchasing vehicles at Royfoss, both my father and grandfather have made purchases from Lakshan or Lucky and I was directed to speak with him as soon as I stepped into the dealership. I was not disappointed by the quality of service that Lucky provided me with. He took me on test drives with two different models of the ATS, going in depth over the details and differences between each vehicle. Lucky listened to my needs and made sure he met them. Out of the many dealerships I've visited during my car shopping experience this year, Lucky was the only salesman that made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase decision. I must also thank the sales managers that worked together with Lucky to ensure that I, the customer, had all of my needs met and left as the happy new owner of a Cadillac ATS. If you're in the market for a new Cadillac or any other GM brand, I would definitely recommend you visit Royfoss Thornhill and ask for LUCKY! More
