At night I had to wait over 10 minutes as she was no where to be found!!!! Then when she got there I had told her how long I was waiting and was given nothing but attitude and an eye roll!!!! I only come to Roy Foss because it's close to work. City Cadillac is closer to home the last time I will be to Roy Foss. I was treated like I was bothering them! This dealership has no Class! More

At the initial point of contact, which was at 10pm on a Sunday, Mike responded to my email right away and booked a test drive for the next afternoon. As a first time car buyer I really appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly explain all of the features of the car, as well as my options for purchase. After putting it on hold and test driving an Acura, I came back and bought the vehicle on Tuesday. Everything went incredibly smoothly, they had everything ready (including new plates) and I picked up the car on Thursday. My only complaint was that the car was not cleaned to my standards, but at the end of the day I got a great deal fast! The most impactful thing I could say is that I would absolutely recommend any of my friends, family or acquaintances to buy a car from Roy Foss Thornhill. More

They Lost My Car I took my vehicle in for a routine service and approximately four hours later they informed me that they could not find my car. I talked to the service manager and he informed me that this happens all the time and that if I needed a new car they had plenty for sale at the dealership. His lack of interest and smug arrogance lead me to believe that he was in on it. So if you want to keep your car do not take it to Roy Foss for service THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! More
