I got RAV4. Soon started giving troubles. Surprisingly this is certified car. Everything marked OK in the report even with out inspecting. When I went back to find out how come it pass inspection they are this is certified car. Everything marked OK in the report even with out inspecting. When I went back to find out how come it pass inspection they are rude. I ended up paying $500 for changing filters and fluids. Car looks great when purchased since it is nicely polished. After couple of washes started seeing scratches and paint touches. I ended up paying more than the car worth and took $200 for registration. Never buy a car from this dealer, very rude, cheating, no proper response... More

Tried to work out a deal but did not work out. Dealer refused to refund my deposit even though the conditions were not met and I had not even seen the vehicle first or signed a sales contract. Used Sales manager, Fred Roussel, then was rude and arrogant with me on the phone after which he hung up. I would not recommend this dealer unless you retain a lawyer to review everything first. More
