No Pressure Sales I spent about 2 weeks running around test driving and inquiring about aspects of different vehicles from 3 different car makers and selected Mitsubish I spent about 2 weeks running around test driving and inquiring about aspects of different vehicles from 3 different car makers and selected Mitsubishi because it was the best driving vehicle in 2 different models I liked. I went to some other Mitsubishi dealers in the GTA and found that the information from all the guys at Rouge Valley was way more upfront, and relaxed than the other dealers. I never felt pressured and not even a hint of resignation from them when I wanted to take a showroom model out for a drive. They happily got the car ready and moved show room stuff around and got the car outside without any consternation as I do know it is a bit of work to do so. I did my homework on the Outlander GT Sport with Nav and even got a dealer quote from the APA and ended up not using the dealer quote because I got a better deal from Waseem (Sam). Walked through the door at 10 am for my first service was greeted by their service advisor Sean by name, I hadn't been to the dealer since we purchased the vehicle 6 months earlier. Offered a coffee, newspaper, they had CP24 on but who had time to watch or read. There was 2 other customers in the waiting area that began talking to me as I walked in, like I was their friend or something , very friendly atmosphere, Technicians said hello to you the parts person came out to say hello and every member of the staff smiles at you says hello anything you need. Just love the atmosphere it is such a nice change from the staff at some places acting like their doing you a favour by serving you. Rouge Valley Mitsubishi keep up the great work. They listened to our concerns and were very considerate in trying to make a deal happen in a fair manner. As well, they were very accommodating, and at no time did we feel they were pushing us to make a deal. I've bought 7 cars in my life, and this is honestly the only positive experience I've had. Felt like we've been friends for years! One night I happened to be on kijiji and saw this 05 corolla xrs listed, it was late around 7pm So i called Rouge Valley Mitsubishi. Osvaldo Dos Santo One night I happened to be on kijiji and saw this 05 corolla xrs listed, it was late around 7pm So i called Rouge Valley Mitsubishi. Osvaldo Dos Santos Machado answered the phone as was eager for my arrival. When I got to the dealership the vehicle was started and parked outside ready for a test drive. Osvaldo allowed us to take the car for a solid test drive, did not criticize my driving, we got a good feel for the vehicle within reason - bonus was Osalvdo's humor along the journey. We came back to the dealership for a casual talk on negotiation . Car proof and service records were readily available, and this dealership did a phenomenal job at covering all their bases with fixing everything that could've gone wrong on the vehicle. I was not planning on buying a car that night, but I did. I was allowed to inspect the car on a hoist the next day. When the day came for pickup, my schedule was a little tight so I called in an Richard Minott their service manager was impeccably friendly and was able to accommodate my request. Last thing i may add, i've been looking for a car for quite some time and no other dealership was as pleasant to deal with as these guys. Thanks guys! I love the car so far! More
