We brought in the car and the manager Bret looked at it and advised us that due to the warranty being valid for12 years the body shop backlog is 4 to 6 months. Who am I to complain about waiting for free bodywork :) After 4 months be booked us a quick20 minute appointment and took photos that were needed. Within 2 weeks the work was competed and the bill which was just under $5000 cost us $0. Not a penny. Great professional and honest service. Thank you! More

Terrible customer service! I am so disappointed in the customer service at Roseland Volkswagen . The service department is rude and told me it would take 6 months to make an app I am so disappointed in the customer service at Roseland Volkswagen . The service department is rude and told me it would take 6 months to make an appointment for a corrosion warranty, that's to even get an appointment to be looked at not even to get fixed. I was also in their parts department the other day looking for a part. And the lazy advisor couldn't believe I "didn't bring the part in". I had the carbon the parking lot but because it was hot out he wouldn't get off his butt to help me. I think this dealership needs a lot of work done to it to bring it up to par. Even though I can walk to Roseland VW I will be bring my business to Oakville VW because they know how to treat people with respect, I suggest everyone should do that same. Shame on you Roseland Motors! More

Check your oil I checked the oil and saw none on my sister's Passat 2.0t. I told her to get an oil change right away and she said it was just done at Roseland. It was Sunday afternoon so I found and added 1.5l of vw 506 oil myself. Imagine, $110 for an oil change and they only put 2/3 of the oil in. I question if the filter is new. I also question the last 10 oil changes she got there since I sold her the car. I hope they did not cook the turbo bearings. I know now why I change my own oil. If you get an oil change here CHECK YOUR OIL before leaving. More

I have never dealt with Ashley personally, in fact I'm not even sure the other reviewer has the right dealership. The service department is Scott and Brett and I've never met an Ashley there. Great pricing (20% less than other local Vw stores) and quick service. I've found the home for my Passat! More

Rude, slow and generally not helpful what so ever Pompous - would never buy a car from them! Went to Hamilton VW and they were FAR more flexible and easy to deal with.
